Our mission is to empower and develop Latino men and women as leaders of character for the nation in every sector of the global economy. We aim to create opportunities, add value, and build relationships for our members, the community, and business partners. This includes providing career readiness skills and resources to transition into future leaders. ALPFA is a Latino-focused organization, but it is not Latino-exclusive. Anyone who wants to be part of the ALPFAmilia, engage with our community, and empower Latino leaders is welcome.
