SJSU Students/Faculty/Staff - only login using Okta Single Sign-On (SSO). You must have successfully set-up your Duo double authentication. If you are having trouble logging into Sammy App due to Duo issues, please contact SJSU IT - itservicedesk@sjsu.edu or call (408) 924-1530.

If you are a student admitted to SJSU for the Spring 2026 semester, you will be able to access your Sammy App profile once the spring semester becomes active.

If you are a student enrolled in the Fall 2025 semester and experience issues accessing your Sammy App profile, please email the Office of Student Involvement staff at getinvolved@sjsu.edu.
