Discover the traditional metalsmithing techniques of repoussé and chasing, where sheet metal is shaped and textured using specialized hammers and punches. Participants will learn how to form metal from both the front and back to create raised, three-dimensional designs and surface details.

This hands-on workshop will introduce the fundamental tools, techniques, and processes used in repoussé. Participants will create their own small metal piece while gaining practical experience in forming, chasing, and refining a design.

No prior jewelry or metalsmithing experience is required. Beginners are welcome!
