About Us
The mission of Women in Construction (WIC) at San José State University is to empower and support students pursuing careers in construction and the built environment by fostering professional development, leadership, mentorship, networking, and community. WIC strives to promote diversity and inclusion within the construction industry while connecting members with industry professionals, educational opportunities, and hands-on experiences that prepare them for successful careers.
