ALPFA's mission is to empower and develop leaders of character for the nation in every sector of the global economy. Our Values consist of, but are not limited to: Community: Foster connections and collaboration for shared growth. Leadership: Develop leaders who drive positive change. Empowerment: Equip Latinos with the skills, resources, and opportunities to succeed. Authenticity: Celebrate Latino culture while leading with integrity. Representation: Break barriers and increase Latino presence in leadership. ALPFA is a Latino-focused organization, but it is not Latino-exclusive. Anyone who wants to be part of the ALPFAmilia, engage with our community, and empower Latino leaders is welcome.
